ON GOING ACTIVITIES
The activity concerns the construction, in a very short time, of an Oil Export Pump Station in order to increase the production of the new Oil & Gas Treatment Plant, not yet in operation, as part of the ORF DE-BOTTLENECK PROJECT Project, on behalf of ENI MEXICO and for the Mexican National Company PEMEX.

Detailed design of 6 module structures for a total of 15 prefabricated steel modules, for the construction of a new Combined Cycle Power Plant & H.V. System located in Porto De Sergipe in Brazil.
The construction field of the modules, located in China, the subsequent maritime and land transportation and the installation/assembly in site required the design of the structures in all the moving phases.
In addition, the reinforced concrete sumps and bases of the transformers were also designed, including the prefabricated fire walls.

Structural detailed design of pipe rack, structure and shelter entirely in reinforced concrete or steel or with the lower part in reinforced concrete and the upper part in steel, including pile foundations. Because the plant is located in a earthquake high risk zone, a modal analisys has been carried out with eurocodice.

Extension of the ARAMCO OIL & GAS Plant in Khurais - Saudi Arabia, already designed by our company between 2006 and 2008.
The intervention concerns the construction of new areas and the revamping of existing ones with the detailed design of steel structures with the relavant foundations and foundations of gas turbines.

The site is in high seismic category with a design earthquake spectral response acceleration parameter equal to SDS = 0.421 as per ASCE/SEI 7-05.

Detailed structural design of two reinforced concrete silos for the storage of gypsum obtained as a by-product from a desulphurisation system of a New Coal Power Plant.
The site is classified by the Chilean Code as high seismic and tsunami risk with a maximum ground acceleration (PGA) equal to 0.4g for a earthquake with 50 years probability of exceedance.
The structure did not report any damage during the earthquake of February 2010 with an epicenter at 10 km and a magnitude equal to 8.8.
